From $6.99 per tyre, our Tyre Guarantee covers both accidental damage and manufacturing defects, offering up to 100% discount on a replacement tyre or reimbursement for repairs when possible.

- What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing Defects: If your tyre has a defect due to production or materials, we’ll replace it or offer a discount, based on the tread remaining. Installation is also covered.
- Accidental Damage: Includes punctures, curb damage, or pothole impact within 12 months of fitting.
- Two (2) puncture repairs per tyre, reimbursed up to $5 each.
- One (1) discounted replacement per tyre within 12 months of purchase.
- Eligibility:
- Must purchase Tyre Guarantee at checkout or before tyre fitting.
- Applies only to tyres bought through LlantasDirect.com.pa.
- Not available on mail-order (non-fitted) purchases.
- If a tyre is replaced, a new Tyre Guarantee must be purchased for the replacement.

Yes, for all Car, SUV, Van, and 4x4 tyres purchased on LlantasDirect.com.pa and fitted through our service.
How do I make a claim?
Contact our team at garantia@llantasdirect.com.pa. You’ll be guided through the process, and defective tyres must be retained until collection is organised.
What is accidental damage?
Damage from potholes, curbs, nails, or road debris. We’ll assess the situation and offer a repair contribution or replacement discount.
What is not covered?
- Improper inflation or overloading
- Use of snow chains or inflation devices
- Use in racing or off-road events
- Malicious damage or vandalism
- Fire or natural disasters
